The iCG Internet Cafe Sweepstakes system was engineered with store owners in mind. We created it so it is simple in effective in running all of your store functions efficiently. Here are some of the main components to our management and accounting back end.
Store Manager
Our store manager is your one stop shop for putting money in the bank. Within its very simple user interface you can create new accounts with just a swipe a drivers license, all customer data does not need to be manually keyed in. Take card photos, encode and print magnetic swipe cards, add purchased time onto a players account, tie into our cash drawer. It is your payment station and account creation station all in one, no need to confuse your employees with multiple computers and terminals, everything happens in one place step by step, quickly. If a customer loses his or her card, pull up their current account with great ease and just re-encode another card. Manage your terminals and view usage of your store location all from this one component.
Refill Station
Here an existing customer that already has an account may access their own account and add funds via a bill acceptor. All they do is swipe their card and select buy time and they can insert as much cash as they want to top off their account. Here you can also convert winning sweepstakes entries into more network time as well. All this free's up your employees time and makes your business run more efficiently.
Player Terminals
Our player terminals are state of the art All-In-One touch screens. There are no towers. You simply have a touch screen monitor which houses the computer inside of the monitor and have a minimum of TWO cables to operate, power and network with optional keyboard and mouse. Not only are these systems extremely clean looking, but they take up less of a real estate footprint as well. Each player terminal is pre-installed with our software and terminal lock downs. The cafe customer can only get into the parts of the computer that WE let them access, so you do not have to worry about hacker customers coming in and deleting terminal software. Through the use of an employee data card you can access last played/viewed screens and exit to windows. Each player terminal is equipped with a card reader so your customers can easily access office productivity programs, browse the internet, play fun games, and play their entries into the sweepstakes.
The Server
This is where all the real computing happens. Our servers and database are the true definition of robust, to keep your store running fast with very little load times, almost all of your transactional data gets sent through the store server and stored in the server database. The server also connects to our main headquarters server to receive daily updates and to do multiple store reporting as well as backups of your store data. This data redundancy means that even in the event of a total failure all of your data will remain intact and you can pick up where you left with hours of downtime instead of days or weeks.
Web-based Reporting
You can of course see all your reporting for ONE store via the store manager, however, if you have multiple store locations you can also use our web based reporting to see how each and every one of your stores are performing in real-time. Compare locations and run promotions in order to boost productivity at certain locations.
